Notice the Pattern

A gentle way to notice what fear has been organising

No frightening images, no extreme outcomes, no diagnosis. You can stop at any step and nothing is sent anywhere.

Step 1 · Life interference

Choose anything that sounds like you. There is no minimum.

Your fear may be intense, but it does not make you broken.

  • This site offers education, not diagnosis.
  • A fear response is not a moral failure.
  • Not every uncommon fear is a psychiatric disorder.
  • Treatment should be consensual.
  • Exposure should never involve genuine danger.
  • Never stop prescribed medication based on a website.
  • Medical symptoms should not be assumed to be anxiety.
  • You never owe anyone the origin of your fear.
  • Progress can mean participating while still afraid.
  • Hard days do not erase the progress behind them.

If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.
